Terms of Service
Grace is a companion service. Grace is not a medical service. Grace does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Grace does not replace emergency services — in an emergency, call 911.
By using Grace you agree that we will process the elder profile information you provide to conduct scheduled calls and generate summaries. You may cancel at any time.
Grace is not HIPAA-compliant in v1. Do not provide protected health information.
Medication reminders are a soft, conversational nudge — they are not a clinical adherence system. Grace will not contact your pharmacy or doctor, will not advise on what to take or skip, and will not act on missed doses. Use Grace alongside, not in place of, the care plan from your parent's clinicians.
SMS program (Grace alerts)
Program name: Grace alerts.
Description: Care notifications sent to family members enrolled in Grace, including missed-call alerts, distress alerts, weekly care summaries, “quiet day” reassurance texts, and one-time phone verification codes.
Message frequency: Varies based on care events. Typical volume is 2–5 messages per recipient per week.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Grace does not charge for SMS, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt-in: You opt in by entering your phone number on the Grace intake form at signup and confirming consent. Opt-in is required to receive care notifications and cannot be transferred to another number without re-confirming consent.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any Grace text to immediately unsubscribe. You can also remove your number from the dashboard at any time, or email support@callwithgrace.com.
Help: Reply HELP to any Grace text, or contact support@callwithgrace.com.
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Family voice cloning. By uploading a voice sample, you confirm the speaker is a living adult who has personally agreed to have their voice cloned for Grace calls. You may not upload the voice of someone who has passed away, of the elder, or of anyone who has not consented. You are responsible for the consent you assert. We will delete the cloned voice (locally and from our voice provider) on request. You may revoke voice cloning consent at any time from the voice dashboard, which removes the cloned voice and records a permanent revocation entry in the consent audit trail. You may also download the full audit trail at any time.
